Two addenda:
1) I've got a macro set up that maps Ctrl+I to all the IMAP
commands I need to set to make mutt work: username,
password, authentication method, etc. So I have
macro index \CI 'lots and lots of commands'
If I want to make this work also within the pager, I have
to do
macro pager \CI 'lots and lots of commands'
It appears to be bad syntax to do
macro pager, index \CI 'lots and lots of commands'
Does anyone know of a way to avoid typing lots and lots
of commands twice?
2) I have a lot of rules that I set up when I was using only
local folders, e.g.,
save-hook '~f myemployer.org' '=myEmployer'
Now that I have IMAP folders, I'd like mutt to forget all
the local-rule save-hooks when it's using IMAP. Is there
any way to encode that sort of logic?
