When I had a similar situation, I just mapped two function keys to a series
of settings in mutt. You could also just have a shell script that switches
behind .muttrc.work and .muttrc.home (or perhaps more elegantly has one
little part that is different and the rest in a separate file that is the
same for both). There's no real black magic here--you just hack it together
from the command line the way everything else is done...
