[Linux-disciples] Multiple identities in mutt

Has anyone done much work in mutt using multiple identities?
I can use my laptop at work, so I'm thinking about just
bringing it here and using it in place of the desktop
machine; as of right now, I can't see any reason *not* to do
this. More to the point, I've already got all my aliases and
so forth set up on my laptop; I'd prefer not to recreate
them on my desktop machine at work. And I like mutt.
I'd like to be able to press a couple of keys and switch to
the work identity: different signature, different IMAP
server (using TLS), different SMTP, etc. This is easy enough
in Thunderbird, but I like mutt better. Is it as easy to use
multiple identities under mutt as under Thunderbird?
