I've been looking for a Customer Relationship Management
(CRM -- aka 'contact tracking') package that is open-sourced
and web-based, but I've not had much luck. Does anyone know
of such a package? I'm looking for something that's at least
as polished as Plone -- hacks will not do. This thing needs
to scale to be usable by dozens of people at a given firm.
Ideally it would also scale to dozens of firms, with
privilege separation between them: someone could go to
laniels.org/crm, sign in as 'user at domain.com', and get the
data specific to his or her clients.

Any ideas?
