[Linux-disciples] Apachectl, SSL, and /etc/init.d/apache

Hmm. This doesn't sound right.  I've installed several systems with
apache-ssl and never had to do anything for automatic boot-up. Maybe
there is something awry? Or perhaps this is a new 'feature'?
