[Linux-disciples] Emailing Mozilla developers

If I wanted to email Mozilla's developers and ask them how
standards compliance is coming along -- specifically the
'content: open-quote' and 'content: close-quote' properties
in CSS -- where would you guys suggest I email? The contacts
page [1] gives little help.
