[Linux-disciples] Email submission form

Does anyone have an email-submission form that he or she
would like to pass along? I could go do a web search and
probably find 500,000 Perl scripts to do the job. I could
also write my own, which seems moderately tempting. Or I
could practice Larry Wall's first virtue of a Perl
programmer [1] and be lazy, by asking y'all for some code
snippets. Any suggestions?
