Sounds like the Midnight Ride. An architectural tour of Boston that goes all night. Though if they were funny bikes (choppers and tall bikes and such, it would be SCUL, as they ride on Saturday nights/Sunday Mornings), but never have that many pilots. (Usually more like 15 or so.)
