[*BCM*] hit & run 07/27/07

i was the victim of a hit and run on a CM several months ago.  i submitted
the required accident report of being intentionally hit *twice* by the same
driver along with photos of the incident while it happened along with
several witness contacts.  i did not mention that this was part of CM, but i
did mention that my vehicle was damaged and that i also had some minor
injuries from the assault.  i've spoken to the BDP several times, they will
not look into the case.

i would like to gather a few of these incidents together which the BDP shrug
off.  i would write up an article to offer to boston.com or the dig.  the
title would be something like, "Boston Police Declare Open Season On
Cyclists".

any thoughts?
