=v= The police sent a letter to Transportation Alternatives,
NYC's inside-the-system advocacy group that has nothing to do
with Critical Mass.  We have a scan of that letter:

They basically wanted TA to warn their members, and TA sent
out a "be a bicycle ambassador" email.
