[Linux-disciples] video screenshot

Does anybody have an opinion on the best package for making a video
screenshot?  I am working on a project where I want to record about 5
minutes of navigating around the desktop.

vnc2swf and vncrec were recommended here...

Is there any other program that is in the Ubuntu/debian repository?
