There's the love, right there. Thank you.

My boss reminds me that we could do something sucky with the
non-featureful date(1): have it spit out the number of
seconds since the beginning of the epoch, subtract
(7 days)*(24 hr/day)*(3600 sec/hr), and then feed that back
into another instance of date(1) and have it print the date
with the appropriate strftime(3) formatting.
