[Linux-disciples] hotkeys volume control

Yes, I think you're right that it's a mixer problem, not a 'volume button
keys' problem.

You might need ALSA's OSS emulation enabled... What do you get from

grep "MIXER_OSS" /boot/config-`uname -r`

??
