[Linux-disciples] Missing /proc entries

I keep seeing references to items in /proc and /dev -- such
as /proc/net/ip_conntrack [1] and /dev/tcp [2] -- that I
don't have. Any idea how to get these items? It's not clear
which modules provide them; indeed, from the sound of it,
I'd assume that they both come with a stock kernel install,
and a quick glance through the 2.6.10 source suggests I'm
right. But I can't find either of them. Any idea what I
might do?
