[Linux-disciples] vim abbreviations

I'd like to use case-insensitive vim abbreviations (e.g.,
I'd like 'Taht' and 'taht' to convert to the
respectively-cased word 'that'), but there appears to be no
such animal:

Taht can't be right, can it?
