Here's my first rudimentary go at writing a CSS parser. The
parser needs to do limited work (basically I just want to
get a number of stylesheets into a canonical form so that I
can strip out the redundant parts), so the parser isn't very
sophisticated. It doesn't do @import rules, for instance,
because the CSS sheets I'm dealing with are all quite basic.
