Mmm ... I'm not so sure. I get the hard-disk problem with
the 2.4 kernel (which is what the Sarge installer is
running), and the CD problem with the 2.6 kernel.

I'm trying to edit /etc/modules, thinking that maybe it's
not detecting the proper devices because the right modules
aren't part of the kernel. Not sure.
