I just remembered that I had a copy of the Windows installer
laying around. It has a compressed copy of MFC42.DLL inside
of it, ending in '.DL_'. I forget how to decompress these,
but I thought the tool to do so was inside the installer. In
fact it seems like logically it has to be.
Anyway, that's beyond the scope of this list. Thanks for
listening.
