Ahhh. Nice. pdfmerge didn't work for me; it segfaulted -- or
rather, I think acroread segfaulted. So I did the process
manually, using the steps outlined in the URL contained in
pdfmerge. acroread still segfaulted, but this time it was
fine.
So anyway, here's the result, if you're interested:

It's uploading as we speak, but it will be a 29-meg PDF when
it's done.
