A lot of the quotes in there have a more general provenance.
E.g., 'It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum. And I'm all
outta gum' at least appeared in the movie _Dazed and
Confused_ in the form "I came to this party to kick ass and
drink beer ... and we're almost outta beer." Likewise
"getting medieval on your asses" appears at least in _Pulp
Fiction_. &c.
