Hmm. I would just save them all to the current directory and then move
them. :). But that probably isn't what you're looking for.
I think you'd need a little MIME filter that you could pipe the message
into from mutt which would extract the files into a directory that you
requested. I don't know that such a program exists, but it would be
pretty easy to code in python or perl.
Check out mimedefang and see if you can warp it to do what you want.
