[Linux-disciples] Converting relative links to absolute

Task:
	extract URLs from a document, then go to those URLs.
Problem:
	sometimes the URLs are relative rather than
	absolute.
Question:
	what's the quickest way to convert relative URLs
	to absolute ones, assuming I've already downloaded a page
	using LWP and thereby have the request and the response
	conveniently wrapped up in LWP objects?
