[Linux-disciples] Whitelisting

I've written a script [1] to extract all the email addresses
of people I've written to, in an attempt to create a
spamassassin whitelist. There are more than 1,400 email
addresses in the list it generates. My question is: how
would you guys recommend that I incorporate this list into
spamassassin/procmail? Is it worthwhile to feed a 1,400-item
list into procmail every time a new message comes in? How
does one typically handle whitelisting?
