[Linux-disciples] Measuring NFS transfer speed

Having now gotten NFS up and running, and now that I'm
copying some gigabytes of data to the new NFS mount, I'm
curious: how can I measure the transfer speed of the
connection? The easiest would be just to time, start to
finish, how long it took to copy all those gigs, then divide
gigs by seconds. But is there a way to get real-time data?
