Okay, fetchmail is fixed! You can use your prior fetchmail setup, e.g.:

poll 140.247.60.120 with proto imap:
    plugin "ssh -2 %h /usr/sbin/imapd" auth ssh;
    mda "/usr/bin/procmail -d %T"
    keep

This should now work.

I've also (hopefully) subscribed all users to all of their folders in
SquirrelMail.

Please give me any reports of problems.
