I've switched the IMAP daemon again to dovecot.  The last IMAP server was
timing out on SquirrelMail causing all sorts of problems.

I can't, however, figure out how to do ssh tunnel with this IMAP daemon.
This means you need to rewrite your .fetchmailrc as follows:

defaults protocol imap
mda "/usr/bin/procmail -d %T"
keep
poll 140.247.60.120
  user "username" with password "password"

Replace username and password as appropriate.

Dylan or Ken, can you figure out any way to do ssh-authenticated IMAP
with this server?
