I haven't looked too closely, because it's not my decision. But I've
been a fan of Branden Robinson, particularly since he's cooled down.
I think his emphasis on documenting and making more transparent
Debian's structures is crucial; a closedness in the decison-making
process has caused a great deal of strife within Debian over many
years.
