[Linux-disciples] Monitoring the contents of ~/Mail

Probably an easy question, but here goes: I'm setting up procmail
(something I should have done a while ago, but which I'm doing
now because of how many mailing lists I'm on), and I want to have
Linux tell me when there's a new message in one of the mailboxes
that procmail has filed to. Right now it's only 'monitoring'
/var/mail/slaniel, but now I want it to monitor, e.g.,
/home/slaniel/Mail/linux-disciples. How do I make it do this?
Thanks,
Steve
