[Linux-disciples] dvd partial burning

So I did succeed in burning using the same growisofs command as before.
The problem seems to be with files over 2GB. In one experiment, I burned
a 1.8GB file onto one DVD-RW, which worked perfectly. I then tried to
add another session onto the same DVD with a 2.0GB. Strangely, it
changed the size of the 1.8GB file into 11MB and the 2.0GB file showed
up as 9MB.
So, for now I'm just burning files under 2GB, which solved my problem
for the time being. If someone could explain the puzzle, I'd be
grateful. Like I mentioned before, the files are definitely being burned
(looking at the back of the DVD and the time it takes to burn).
