Personally, I think Anthony Towns really should have taken these issues
(non-free documentation, firmware in the kernel) seriously when they
were first raised a year ago; that way there wouldn't have been time
pressure, and maybe the negotiations with the FSF over the documentation
would have been viewed more urgently by them.
I'm not sure how I would vote on this GR. I'd probably grudgingly vote
for it (once the issues of security updates are addressed).
