[Linux-disciples] Apt-listbugs bug?

I just upgraded apt-listbugs, because it's never worked correctly for me;
whenever I apt-get install or upgrade, apt-listbugs looks like it's
downloading new bug reports, then times out (it says "execution
expired"). I don't know that I've ever gotten a bug report out of it.

So I just upgraded it, pulling the latest from unstable, and got the
following sequence of errors:

/*
/usr/sbin/apt-listbugs:153:in `require': No such file to load -- debian
(LoadError)
        from /usr/sbin/apt-listbugs:153
E: Sub-process if dpkg -s apt-listbugs | grep -q 'Status: install ok
installed'; then /usr/sbin/apt-listbugs -I -l -g -H misato.debian.or.jp
--indexdir=/~taru/apt-listbugs/ --pin-priority=1000 apt; fi returned an
error code (1)
E: Failure running script if dpkg -s apt-listbugs | grep -q 'Status:
install ok installed'; then /usr/sbin/apt-listbugs -I -l -g -H
misato.debian.or.jp --indexdir=/~taru/apt-listbugs/ --pin-priority=1000
apt; fi
*/

I assume this is one of those 24-hour bugs. ... or maybe not: looks like
a very similar bug was reported in June:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=199281

So ... um ... any idea how to fix this?
