You could install privoxy on top of Flash. Privoxy blocks cookies, ads,
and so forth. I think I occasionally still see a banner ad, but it's rare
in any case.

Privoxy's a bit tough to learn, but if you know Perl it's pretty easy.
And the payoff is rather enormous; privoxy is a great little program.
