[*BCM*] new bike lane

Lee-  it'd be more convincing for me if the rider knew how to ride in  a c
ity..sheesh..in the gutter, door zone, left turns from the right lane (my  
nifty light will protect me)...this is where basic knowledge lags behind 
decent  technology.
 
but the idea has merit, especially if they could get the little lines to be 
 about 3" wide!
