[*BCM*] HONK! Festival Parade: Reclaim the Streets for Horns, Bikes, and Feet

I'm helping to organize this year's HONK! Festival in Somerville, and
we're hoping some BCM folk might want to help organize a Mass presence for
the parade we'll have on Sunday, October 12.  The theme of the parade is
"Reclaim the Streets for Horns, Bikes, and Feet".

HONK! is a festival of activist street bands held each Columbus Day
weekend for the past few years.

The goal is to make as splashy a display as possible, so ideas about how
to do an artful, parade-paced ride that communicates what CM is about are
definitely welcome!
