[*BCM*] OTHERside ride

I was just thinking that the OTHERside ride is $20 ($15 with a T-shirt) 
too expensive for my tastes.

Then I thought -- it's a city street.  They can't stop you from joining 
up with them/near them anyway.  So, don't let the cost stop you.
