[*BCM*] NYPD Incident

To me, it sure looks like the cop is trying to get the hell out of the  
way, and the cyclist was trying to get the hell out of his way but ran  
out of road.  As a regular CM participant, I can't get too angry about  
this.  It honestly looks like he's putting his arms up to protect his  
noggin rather than take anyone out.
