[*BCM*] Drunk driver gets 10 1/2 years for killing cyclist

10.5 years is so little for the cost of a human life.  This is  
terrible to hear about, and I think she really earned this sentence.   
She was driving on a suspended license according to the article, for a  
prior DUI.  How dumb do people have to be.
