[*BCM*] writing a bike story, looking for voices

good luck on this...there is no organization to critical mass. It has
existed since at least 1994 in San Francisco. There is NO
organization...that is the whole point. Anyone who claims to be a leader or
organizer or know the agenda is wrong.
