[*BCM*] Scooters in the bike lanes

Actually while I think you are correct about the Mass rules, Cambridge bike  
laws stipulate that the lanes are exclusively for bicyclists. A moped rider is 
 NOT a bicyclist. 
 
Let me ask you this: would you ride a moped with the motor on at a Critical  
Mass ride?  I think not.
