[*BCM*] List of dangerous streets

The RoadHog PDF is good and informative, but how come this is the first time
I've seen them? I've been to the RMV to renew my license, and I've been
visiting bike shops around town for the past seven years. It's one thing to
have the information available and another to disseminate it effectively.
And informative pamphlets are one thing, but I doubt we'll see any
behavioral changes from either side of the equation until that information
is applied equally, to every driver. I'd love to see this information on a
driving test. If parallel parking is on the friggin' test, so should
information on how to avoid killing a cyclist.
