[*BCM*] CM arrest today

I would definitely like to see that bridge made more bike-friendly. I'm not 
one to talk, however, for two reasons. 1) I don't believe in going through 
government channels for anything. 2) I'm a suicide rider, so I can't really 
talk about bike safety.
