[*BCM*] Massachusetts Bicycle

Tim and I always sent out notices to the CM list because we know that CM
people care about bicycling, and we sent out notices to every community
that included lots of bicyclists.  We figured it was better to let more
people know what was going on in the bicycling community than just
MassBike members.
