My news feed from Chicago posted this today:

"Following the recent sentencing of an Urbana woman who killed a cyclist 
while driving and downloading a ringtone to her cellphone, the parents of 
Matt Wilhelm, the deceased, have started a coalition to lobby for a law and 
education to reduce distracted driving. Looks like that cellphone ban hasn't 
been working out too well..."
