=v= The chief in charge of attacking the ride has stated,
in court, that it's a parade or procession if he decides that
it is.  This is what is known in civil rights circles as too
much discretion, especially as it has been and is being done
to suppress Constitutionally-protected freedom of assembly and
free speech.

=v= He applies it in a capricious and inconsistent manner.
This is known as selective enforcement and also raises issues
of civil rights and violations of theConstitution.

=v= How to get justice?  Apparently it involves raising tens
of thousands of dollars to hire lawyers to instruct the NYPD
to obey the Constitution.
