Since when is Wikipedia the U.S. Constitution? You singled out "freedom
of movement" from that article, which isn't actually mentioned in the
Constitution itself, without reading the rest of the sentence.

"freedom of movement and travel AMONGST THE STATES. Today, this
provision is sometimes taken for granted, especially by citizens who
live near state borders; but in the days of the Articles of
Confederation, crossing state lines was often a much more arduous (and
costly) process."

Try reading Article Four in the actual constitution sometime.

So why don't you ask them or the IRS for the records yourself? Instead
of e-mailing to a list which has no affilition to MassBike with
assumptions most people on this list could not possibly prove nor
disprove, you could have done something more productive. Maybe they
wouldn't have replied to you at 2:00 AM on a Saturday like this list,
but I guess instant gratification is better than facts.
