Well, in the righteous hierarchy of transportation, the bicycle produces
less pollution.  But alas, the Vespa less than the automobile.

As for the un-tagged 50cc scooters, they're not currently subject to
particular registration, although the RMV is following up on popular
opinion that they should be (and consequently be subject to more laws -
helmet regs, drivers licenses, etc).  Bearing in mind that they're NOT
tagged but are motorized, they're not going to be in the main road, so
they're going to be in "our" space.

 

Nothing says you have to like it.  I know I sure don't.
