[SnapPea-planning] SnapPea Kernel

Dear SnapPea folks,

A Mercurial repository has been set up for Jeff's SnapPea kernel code at

	static-http://www.math.uic.edu/~t3m/hg/SnapPeaKernel

Henceforth, this will be the official version of the SnapPea kernel.

Jeff has asked that I be the person who reviews and commits changes to  
the kernel.  So patches, etc. should be sent to me.   Marc and I have  
some changes from the SnapPy version of the kernel which we'll merge  
over the next month or so.
