[SnapPea-planning] funding?

This may well be us, and I would agree that SnapPea should be better- 
funded.  I don't know anything about writing grant proposals (the  
process with the Simons Center was informal) -- is there anyone more  
knowledgeable who would like to assist in preparing a grant application?
