I spoke with Michael Douglas from the Simons Center yesterday, and  
he's given the project a green light, to start in June.  News:
	1. It's expected that I spend up to about 1 week working on the  
project every month or two.
	2. I will be needing a "manager/administrator" from the group to sign  
off on the time I spend working on SnapPea.
	3. I'll be spending about half of my time (at least initially)  
writing better documentation of what we already have.
