[SBC] map and cue sheet for ride this weekend

Hi Enid & all,

That looks like a fun route, please have an enjoyable time.

It is too bad that we couldn't route the trip onto the new bike lanes, but
we can only do so much.
But, I would like to put on the table that the Tour de Somerville be routed
along the new bike lanes,
and maybe route it along all of the bike facilities in Somerville.
